I’ve been a homeowner for 26 years, and in all that time, I’ve never had an insurance Broker proactively reach out to discuss my policy-until I started working with Colstan & Associates. Just last week, Jessica from their office called me personally to inform me about a premium increase and took the time to discuss my options to lower the cost. This level of personalized service truly sets them apart. Although Colstan & Associates have only been managing my homeowner insurance for about a year, they have already demonstrated that they genuinely value my business. Alex Colestan and Assoc have been such a tremendous asset to our Company! Six weeks before they were our agent, Alex and staff were already guiding us with our Long Haul Trucking Company answering so many questions we had day or night. After our previous commercial auto carrier abruptly halted coverage the weekend before Christmas we quickly contacted Alex at Clostan. Despite quoting us in the past and us not moving forward with them, Alex wasted no time even responding on the weekend for our immediate need. He got us covered again in less than 1 business day, less than 48 hours before Christmas when most people are not even in office. Monica was amazing to work with. I was not easy to work with but she worked tirelessly until we landed a policy for my business that worked for me and my company. I highly recommend giving Colstan & Associates a call. My last agent really mishandled my account and didn't notify me that my homeowners policy cancelled after months. Tyler really worked to find me good coverage even with my lapse and he kept me updated through the whole process showing great service. He even helped me understand more about my coverages.
